Our vision is
to foster the transformation of vision and dreams into dynamic realities.
Our mission is
to model and advocate clear,
accountable, and transparent relationships.

It is our practice to
champion creative and innovative views and processes while being sensitive
to
individual and organizational dynamics. We are patient, encouraging the
investment of time and
energy required to accomplish individual and organizational transformation.
Integrations was
formed largely because we found that few people have the opportunity to
receive assistance in
applying the skills they have learned in trainings.
We facilitate experiential learning – think of us
as the “training wheels,” not the instruction
manual.
Elaine Twigg Cornett, MLS
Elaine has assisted many organizations and individuals in their pursuit of
increased productivity
and effectiveness. She has more than eighteen years
experience in organizational and leadership
development, having applied her skills and knowledge in three
businesses she co-founded.
Zane J Cornett, PhD
Zane has developed and
implemented evolving concepts of leadership and related ethics
within national and local
organizations for many years. His insights and experiences in
ethics, leadership, communication,
and system-based management have been published
and presented in conferences.
Together and individually we are skilled and experienced coaches and
facilitators. It is our practice
to model and foster creative and innovative views and processes while
being sensitive to
individual and organizational dynamics. We invest the time and energy
required to accomplish
our clients' goals and vision.
“Elaine has a
crystal-clear sense of integrity to help clients determine the right path. Zane
can be very direct, when needed, and asks the difficult
questions that sometimes no one
is willing to voice. Together, they are able to stand outside my company and perceive
the big picture
and the angles that are not certain from inside the picture. It is obvious
from their skill level that
they have worked with diverse clients in many different
situations. They
provide a succinct and resonant sounding board on issues of ethics;
relationships between various parties; and becoming clear about desired outcomes
and strategies to achieve them. In many ways, they offer not a cure, but a
healing.”
